"Black History Month serves as an influential reminder to all of us of the lives, dedication and passion that went into music, arts and culture and the lives that were given so that we have what we have today.
There seems to be a constant disconnect between the history of black and urban music and what is being produced today, #teamtimeisnow came together to make a stand and dedicate an original song to this historic month.
