It seems like Kanye freaks out every single year at the VMA's. What's his deal?! Some of the outlandish things Kanye does is awesome (his famous "George Bush doesn't care about black people" line was unbelievably great) but sometimes Kanye just needs to chill. Check him interrupting Taylor Swift as she tries to give her acceptance speech.
