I hate posting videos that aren't actually videos but I'm to lazy for the alternative right now. Anyways I'm liking this beat and Cudi's verse is pretty decent.... he doesn't say anything to great but it goes with the song. Worth a listen for the beat alone.

Consequence: Childish Games Ft. Asher Roth
I posted this song on here a couple days ago... here's the visuals to go with it.
"Three/21 recently shot with Cons to the Quence and Asher Roth in New York City for the track “Childish Games” on Cons’ upcoming mixtape “Movies On Demand”. This joint features some dope production by Mr. Attic and one of the best uses of a Biggie sample heard in a long time."

Way Back Wednesdays: TLC- Waterfalls
This joint takes me way back! Me and my two buddies use to have a radio show every Sunday on "pirate radio" and we played this song just about every time! This brings back so many memories I had to post it! From their 1994 album titled "CrazySexyCool" (which was one of my first few CD's I ever bought, along with Boyz ll Men's "ll").

Eternia: 5 Minutes Ago
Daaamn! Eternia def go's on this one! It's a short one but I had my head noddin the whole time. I hope that one day female MC's will get the same respect as male's. Even I have to change my ways when it comes to this. Just peep.
"Was just feelin’ the moment… I hope you can take it for what it is: a first take of a new rhyme that I was just inspired to write. Shout out to Audible Doctor (of Brown Bag AllStars) for the beat".

Macklemore & Ryan Lewis: Stay At Home Dad
I like the artwork... def creative. Pretty good beat and Mack and Mr. Lewis bring a different type of story to the table.
KiD CuDi: Cudderisback
"During a stop in Boston for his latest tour run Kid Cudi and the crew put together a little documentary. Directed by Jason Goldwatch/DECON, the video goes to the tune of Cudi’s latest song “cudderisback”. It’s pure jokes so enjoy and laugh a bit." –DatNewCudi
9th Wonder & Laws – Shining
I'm def feelin the beat and flow on this one! You can never go wrong with 9th! Peep the snippet!
Freddie Gibbs & Mikkey Halsted: On My Own
"A N2ition & FSD Production, track produced by Maja 7th.
I know I’ve been talking about this record for a while, and now we’re finally ready to unleash the visual to the world. This is the first official release from the Maja 7th & FSD release, The Breakout, which is due out in February.
Shot and edited by Brandon “N2ition” Riley, we filmed this video in Chicago and Gary, IN, to highlight the vivid imagery within these two cities, which are only a hop, skip and a jump away from eachother. This clip really brought these two cities to life."
KiD CuDi: Man On The Moon (The Anthem) Live
Just found this on youtube and it's actually pretty good quality so I thought I'd post it. This is still to date my favorite Cudi track. Peep peep.

Film Skool Rejekts: Chris Brown
Off their upcoming mixtape Music For the Bitches (dropping on V-day) comes this hot joint! Wow I'm really impressed with this one! It's been a little bit since I've heard a solid song that I could tap my feet to. And people, please don't take this song to heart. It's just a song, no need to get your feelings hurt because of the lyrical content.

Mistah F.A.B. On SF Chronicle Live
I know not many people out there will care about this but I thought it was pretty cool. Gary Radnich is probably the most down to earth 40 something year old dude. F.A.B. def seems to know his hoops and how high was Josh Morgan?! Dude was just chillin.
Diz Gibran: Exhibit C(losed)
"Ok so long story short, I swore I wouldn’t rhyme over this record, it’s a classic and I hate when mc’s jump on something before it’s allowed to really breathe. Problem is, everybody hopped on it anyway but nobody really did it justice in my opinion, so I figured I’d give it a go. Plus being that it’s a new year and all, it’s only right I throw out some new shit. So with that said I give you “Exhibit Closed”." DL link below.

Secret Society: A NikeTalk Fam Production Mixtape
Secret Society: A NikeTalk Fam Production features songs from Wale, Fashawn, Blu, G.o.D Jewels, Mr. Jefferson, Cashtro Cosby, Hi-Jynx and more. As a "Secret Society" I'm sure all they ask for is trust (if you can tell me what rapper said that with out using goggle you get major brownie points in my book). Honestly I'm just downloading it to hear Blu's joints. DL link below.

The Knux: F*ck You EP
I honestly know nothing about these dudes besides the fact that they're brothers, the were born in New Orleans and they reside in L dot A dot. But a lot of people have been hyping them so I had to post it. It's only five tracks but lemme know what you guys think. Download link below.

Way Back Wednesdays: Warren G- This D.J.
Maybe it's because I'm from Cali but I love the laid back sound. You'll rarely hear this sound coming out of the east coast. That's why I love music, it transcends (I'm trying out new words and trying to expand my vocab, hopefully I used that one correctly), period. Out of all Warren's songs I will admit the "Regulator" is my fav but you can't go wrong with this joint either. And it makes me reminisce about that Schwinn bike I always wanted... you had to have one back in the day! One day I'm gonna buy one!

Way Back Wednesdays: Bone Thugs-N-Harmony- 1st of tha Month
Released in 1995 on their E 1999 Eternal album, 1st of the Month is considered to be Bone Thugs best song by many. Gotta love a group that sings about welfare checks.

Lykke Li: Little Bit
So I'm a couple years late on this one... but damn this song is nice. The beat feels like something you'd hear deep in the jungles of Asia and her voice sounds like she grew up singing in the 50's or 60's. Drake is on a remix of this song but it doesn't do the original justice. I def like this song more than a little bit.

Who'd They Sample? Saturdays: Roberta Flack & Peabo Bryson- If Only For One Night
Atmosphere's own Ant always finds the best oldies to sample! This one he used for the song "Dirty Girl". The sample appears at the 3:11 & 4:26 mark. Enjoy.

Rita J: No Regrets
Zzzzzz. I've been sleeping on this girl! I was sent her CD a few months back and never got around to it. Rita goes hard on this one! Pleasantly surprised. You'll enjoy I'm sure.
Freddie Gibbs: Crushin' Feelins
Freddie is so gangster! I'm always curious to hear what rappers think about other rappers... in this joint Mr. Gibbs drops Rick Ross' name. Peep.
Way Back Wednesdays: Wrecks 'N' Effect- Ready Or Not
So I'm a day late on this. You'll forgive me after you check out the video below. These visuals come from NBA Superstars Vol. 2 (which is def on the list of things I'd grab if my house was burning down). I played this VHS over and over when I was a kid growing up. There's nothing like 90's basketball. So good!

Mos Def: History Ft. Talib Kweli
I'm still a little groggy from waking up this morning but this beat def got me feeling energized! Time to get a start on the day!
Don Cannon & The Cool Kids: Free Throws
There's nothing more than I'd rather be doing in life than playing video games up in the studio! Must be nice! This video also features a cameo from James Harden! Haha playin.
Show Tufli: Period Mixtape
This mixtape was put together in order to, “convey the message that it’s not about fashion, it’s not about art, it’s not about money. It’s about music, PERIOD”. I like where dude is going with this. Download link below.

Lite: Out To Lunch Mixtape
"That hour break you need to get away from the “ills” of everyday stress has finally come. Out to Lunch is a mixtape of seventeen laid back tracks and is easily something to vibe to! This tape features production from Roosevelt, RC, Alpha MC, Iman Omari, Flying Lostus and more! Other features include DefSound, Emon, Tiron, Ayomari, Colin Munroe and Pink Floyd".
I honestly haven't checked this out yet or even heard of dude before today but the artwork is clean and there's some good reviews out there about this mixtape. I def wanna check this out and my memory is horrible, so the smart thing to do is post it up for you and me!
